Refund Policy
At TurboFitness, we strive to provide the best fitness experience possible. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a refund or cancellation. Below are the details of our refund policy:
1. Membership Refunds
Monthly Memberships: Refunds are not provided for monthly memberships once payment has been processed.
Annual Memberships: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the membership has not been used.
Trial Memberships: No refunds are available for trial memberships.
2. Personal Training & Classes
Personal Training Sessions: If you cancel a booked session at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule without penalty. Refunds are not available.
Group Classes: No refunds are provided for missed or unattended classes.
Class Packages: If unused, class packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
3. Merchandise & Supplements
Returns: Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened supplements, used equipment, and clearance items are non-refundable.
4. Special Programs & Events
Workshops & Bootcamps: Refunds are available if canceled 72 hours before the event start date.
Challenges & Programs: No refunds once a program has started.
